Design-Build process, at NCD, is used
to develop a near flawless project delivery
mechanism that accelerates the projects
design and construction phases. Total
project accountability falls onto NCD
and its personnel. Rather than a client
having to design the project with an
architect, bid the project with various
general contractors and then proceed
with building the project, NCD alone
would be the key component throughout
the Design-Build process. The main benefit
to the Design-Build process is constant
communication from conception to completion
